LOWER TAXES & SPENDING

  • Promoted local input in education funding decisions in State General Elections, giving the Taxpayers the tools needed to cap their property taxes and rein in spending (HB1300, 2026)   
  • Passed the Small Business Relief Act of 2026, exempting more businesses from the Business Enterprise Tax and paving the way for taxes to decrease on the lifeblood of our economic system (HB155-FN, 2026) 


EMPOWER PARENTS IN EDUCATION & ENHANCE EDUCATION

  • Improved oversight for school district financial emergencies (HB1816, 2026)
  • Expanded school choice with EFA's, encouraging technical and career education pathways for students to pursue (SB491-FN, 2026)
  • Strengthened accountability in school districts through required anti-bullying standards and reports (HB131, 2026)
  • Passed the Home Education Freedom Act (HB1268, 2026)
  • Increased transparency requiring schools to disclose information to parents, ensuring that educators do not lie to parents about their own children (SB430, 2026)

 

STOP NH FROM BECOMING A SANCTUARY STATE

  • Required all commercial driver's license tests to be taken in English, the same language which our highway and roadway signs are presented in (HB1252, 2026)
  • Blocked foreign principals from lobbying and tightened disclosure rules for foreign influence (HB1384, 2026) 

SUPPORT POLICE, FINISH BAIL REFORM & UPHOLD PUBLIC SAFETY

  • Brought much needed reform to pistol and revolver licensing, cutting red tape and ensuring that bureaucracy does not interfere with one's right to carry (HB1365, 2026)
  • Made sure Granite Staters have the rights and legal protections to defend themselves or others from those who wish to do harm (HB1279, 2026)
  • Stood up for victims of crimes by establishing sexual assault orders of protection and updated rights for sexual assault survivors (HB1651-FN, 2026)
  • Keeping bus stops and students safe by increasing the penalties for disobeying school bus stop signals (HB1308-FN, 2026)
  • Took solid steps to combat the scourge of human trafficking in massage parlors (HB1469-FN-A, 2026) 

HEALTHCARE REFORM

  • Expanded the Michael Yakubovich-John Lewicke Right to Try Act to give patients with severe and terminal illness much needed hope (HB1735, 2026)
  • Cut red tape on pharmacists, ensuring that they have more flexibility to perform essential job functions (HB1735-FN, 2026)
  • Helped adults with foster homes, keeping their immunization requirements no more strict than current law (HB1219, 2026)
  • Ensured that DHHS informs Granite Staters of their right to request medical exemptions from vaccines (HB1584-FN, 2026)

SECURE OUR ELECTIONS & BOLSTER ELECTION LAW

  • Allowed the Secretary of State to check absentee ballot data biennially, and streamline any requests the Secretary of State may make, helping to secure New Hampshire's absentee ballot process (HB158, 2026)
  • Made sure that public employees stay out of the electioneering fray, while still allowing them to answer informative questions and perform their jobs (HB340, 2026)
  • Require all voters to have a valid photo ID in order to obtain a ballot (SB223-FN, 2026) 

CUTTING RED TAPE ACROSS THE GRANITE STATE

  • Supported independent contractors with portable benefit plans (HB1245-FN, 2026)
  • Reduced regulatory barriers for homestead food producers (SB418, 2026)
  • Reduced development restrictions, synchronizing building codes to reasonable standards (SB564, 2026)
  • Passed the Food Freedom Act, delivering more farm to table food to Granite Staters and cutting red tape for local food producers (HB396, 2026) 

CHILDREN & FAMILY LAW

  • Protected children by prohibiting the sale of their personal data (HB1460-FN, 2026)
  • Ensured that accountability exists for malicious and false reports made to DCYF, while protecting good-faith reporters (HB1565-FN, 2026)
  • Made sure that parents are not prosecuted for raising their children according to their biological sex (HB1376, 2026)
