LOWER TAXES & SPENDING

  • Passed a State Budget with NO new taxes (HB 1, 2025. HB 2, 2025)   
  • Cut wasteful state spending (HB 1, 2025. HB 2, 2025) 
  • Stood up for taxpayers by requiring a supermajority vote of the legislative body to override a local tax cap (HB 200, 2025)
  • Helped taxpayers by ensuring that procedures for adopting a local tax cap are clearly stated in the law (HB 374, 2025)

EMPOWER PARENTS IN EDUCATION & ENHANCE EDUCATION

  • Made the wildly successful EFA Program Universal (SB 295, 2025)
  • Passed the Parental Bill of Rights (HB10, 2025)
  • Prohibited mandatory mask policies in schools (HB 361, 2025)
  • Added parents to the Educator Code of Conduct (HB235, 2025)
  • Gave more transparency to parents by prohibiting district personnel from transporting students to medical appointments without parental consent (HB 231, 2025)
  • Reformed the Math Learning Communities Program to help ensure that Granite State Students have the critical mathematic skills that they need to succeed in their future educations and the real world (HB 494, 2025)  

STOP NH FROM BECOMING A SANCTUARY STATE

  • Prohibited any county, city, or law enforcement agency from interfering with ICE’s enforcement, and allowed any NH agency or city/county to enter into the 287g agreement with ICE. (SB 62, 2025)
  • Required law enforcement agencies to enforce immigration detainers and prohibited local governments from adopting sanctuary policies (HB 511, 2025)
  • Fully Funded Northern Border Alliance (HB 2, 2025)  

SUPPORT POLICE, FINISH BAIL REFORM & UPHOLD PUBLIC SAFETY

  • Ended NH’s failed bail reform experiment (HB 592, 2025)
  • Stopped Democrat attempts to let prisoners on life sentences without parole walk free (HB 638, 2025)
  • Stood for law and order by expanding prosecution against death resulting cases against drug dealers (SB 58, 2025)
  • Enhanced penalties for prostitution and committed to combating human trafficking in illicit massage businesses (HB 405, 2025)
  • Increased maximum benefits for first responders injured in the line of duty (HB 282, 2025) 

REDUCE HEALTHCARE COSTS & PASS REASONABLE HEALTHCARE REFORM

  • Unleashed free-market healthcare (HB 2, 2025)
  • Passed the Right-to-Try Act (HB 701, 2025)
  • Protected children from radical gender ideology and from being subjected to irreversible and permanent sex change surgeries (HB 377, 2025. HB 712, 2025)
  • Removed red tape for pharmacists (SB 250, 2025)
  • Designated services performed by ambulance providers as essential services (SB 133, 2025)
  • Ensured that newborn children are covered under their birth mother’s health insurance policy from the moment of birth (SB 47, 2025) 

SECURE OUR ELECTIONS & BOLSTER ELECTION LAW

  • Ensured that absentee ballot applicants have their identification checked like any other voter (SB 287, 2025)
  • Ensured that voter rolls are verified annually, making it harder to cheat in elections (SB 221, 2025)
  • Protected First Amendment rights by ensuring that voters have the right to wear clothing supporting candidates while they vote (SB 43, 2025) 

LOWER ENERGY PRICES

  • Ensured NH takes an all-of-the-above approach when it comes to providing energy (HB 189, 2025)
  • Encouraged the development of clean nuclear energy (HCR 2, 2025)
  • Reformed the state energy policy (HB 504, 2025)

DEFEND & EXPAND PERSONAL LIBERTY

  • Reigned in runaway municipalities by limiting the power of public health officials' authority to unilaterally declare public health emergencies without the consultation of the State (HB 230, 2025)
  • Expanded Second Amendment rights statewide by repealing the license to sell pistols and revolvers (HB 551, 2025)
  • Protected personal privacy by prohibiting merchants who sell alcohol from recording, retaining, or storing of personal information regarding one’s identity (HB 77, 2025) 

CHILDREN & FAMILY LAW

  • Increased penalties for sex trafficking children (SB 262, 2025)
  • Closed loopholes which held up and continually delayed criminal proceedings for sexual abuse cases against children (HB 369, 2025)
  • Outlawed the creation of child porn made using Artificial Intelligence (SB 300, 2025)
  • Assisted survivors of Domestic Violence by allowing law enforcement to enforce military protective orders in civilian jurisdictions (HB 62, 2025) 

PROTECTING GRANITE STATERS AT THE LOCAL LEVEL

  • Made warrant articles more transparent by requiring notations stating their tax impacts on the annual budget (HB 138, 2025)
  • Enabled towns to adopt budget caps (SB 105, 2025)
  • Supported housing providers by ensuring that contracts and leases are upheld (HB 60, 2025)
